What you’ll do.
- Discuss contract lifecycle management, legal intake, matter management, governance and risk, privacy, and audit processes in structured interviews.
- Share experience evaluating and implementing legal or compliance tools, including intake and review, confidentiality, integrations, usability, costs, and adoption.
- Review AI-assisted concepts for usefulness, accuracy, traceability, and the need for human review.
What you bring.
- Current or recent work as a General Counsel, Head of Legal Operations, Chief Compliance Officer, or senior legal or compliance leader.
- Responsibility for selecting, implementing, or managing legal or compliance software.
- An ability to identify where automation helps and where expert judgment or an audit trail is needed.
- Experience testing or using AI in legal or compliance work, including verifying outputs and handling sensitive information.
