Careers at Airframe
Build AI that people can use.
Airframe is a team of founders, engineers, and operators helping organizations put AI to work.
Who we are
Life at Airframe.
Our team has built products and led teams in startups and complex organizations. We use that experience to identify where AI can help, then design and build the tools.
How we work.
We work with the people who will use what we build. User research and workflow mapping help us understand decisions, handoffs, and friction. We then design, build, and refine AI tools with those teams, testing both their usefulness and ease of use.
Where we work.
Our headquarters is in Midtown Manhattan. We work in a hybrid model, making time to collaborate in person while keeping the flexibility to work from home.
What we offer.
Employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, maternity and parental leave, and equity. You will work across disciplines, take ownership of your work, and learn with the team.
