Paul has spent his career building and backing companies as new technologies change what businesses can do. A founder, former investor at NEA and Canvas and board member with 8 IPOs and 20 exits, he helps leaders find AI impact for their work.
Co-Founder, CTO
Ryan co-founded Codecademy and Decrypt—and is now an AI builder leading engineering at Airframe. He has spent his career making complex technology easier for people to understand and use. He studied biophysics and computer science at Columbia.
Managing Director
Lily was CEO of Transfix and an executive at Wealthfront, IDEO, and eBay. She advised WeChat, Coupang, and Mercari and now helps leaders use AI to strengthen their teams and organizations.
Founding Engineer
Weimen co-founded AI and data firm Teragonia as CTO. A Princeton graduate, she built data infrastructure for M&A consulting at Houlihan Lokey; her machine learning work at ExxonMobil led to patented technology.

Kenny co-founded Allora Labs as CTO, building infrastructure for AI networks. He studied applied mathematics at Brown and brings a founder's perspective to every engagement.

Nathen studied operations research and computer science at Columbia and has a background in robotics research. He brings a systems designer’s eye to engineering at Airframe, turning complex problems into practical, intuitive solutions.
