Public community commentary is largely strategic and not a substitute for operational validation:
Accessible evidence is limited regarding:
AWS provides solution guidance describing how RTB Fabric can be used for RTB workloads; this functions as an architectural reference rather than an independent case study.
Net: Case study evidence is currently mostly vendor-curated and should be treated as directional rather than definitive.
Best fit tends to be organizations with:

The primary latency bottleneck is bidder compute efficiency (model inference time, GC pauses), rather than network latency.
The partner graph is not aligned with RTB Fabric adoption and most traffic would be external-priced.
The organization requires extensive third-party validation before adoption; given limited independent reviews, risk-averse buyers may prefer established colo or interconnect patterns until more production references exist.
Early-stage entrants experimenting with RTB where transaction-based charges and operational onboarding complexity outweigh benefits relative to public endpoints.
OpenRTB-only and version limitations: OpenRTB is supported; OpenRTB 3.0 is documented as not supported.
Configuration risk: The ability to configure links without TLS/authentication represents a security hazard if not configured correctly.
Feature gating / access: Some capabilities (for example, managed endpoints) are documented as requiring contact with AWS, indicating partial non-self-serve access.
Limited independent evidence base: Scarcity of third-party reviews and independent benchmarks constrains procurement due diligence.
Region availability: Initial launch regions are limited; global RTB operators should validate coverage and expansion plans.
Areas where competitors retain advantages:
RTB Fabric is a recently launched, specialized AWS service (announced Oct 2025). In this research pass:
As a result, third-party customer sentiment evidence is limited. Publicly visible evidence is dominated by vendor-selected testimonials on AWS’s product pages and higher-level community commentary rather than independent operational reviews.
From the AWS RTB Fabric product page, AWS highlights quotes attributed to customers and partners (selection bias applies):

AWS RTB Fabric is a managed network infrastructure service intended to connect real-time bidding (RTB) applications (primarily SSPs/ad servers/publishers as “requesters” and DSPs/bidders as “responders”). AWS describes the service as a fabric that provides private connectivity for RTB request/response traffic, intended to reduce exposure to the public internet. RTB Fabric does not host customers' bidder/SSP logic; customers retain control over applications, data, and bidding decisions. AWS provides the connectivity layer, gateways/links, optional traffic distribution, and inline traffic modules.
