Download full report →Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is an enterprise customer/journey analytics product that unifies cross-channel behavioral and customer data (web/app, CRM, call center, offline, etc.) and enables exploration, segmentation, pathing, and reporting with an Analysis Workspace-style UI—built on top of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). It is positioned as person-level, cross-channel analytics intended to go beyond classic web analytics by ingesting disparate datasets into AEP and analyzing them as a stitched journey over time.
Key capabilities highlighted by Adobe include omnichannel identity stitching, retroactive data transformations (reprocessing/derived fields without full re-ingest), AI-assisted insights (e.g., anomaly/contribution analysis), and activation into other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Journey Optimizer / RTCDP).
Important framing: Much of CJA’s differentiation depends on having AEP in place (data ingestion, identity, governance). Several competitor narratives position Adobe’s approach as requiring a heavier setup and offering less initial self-service compared with lighter analytics products.
