Fair Witness Bot is a prompt/framework that structures LLM outputs into a five-role epistemic pipeline to separate observation from interpretation, enforce constraints such as E-Prime and RFC 2119-style requirement language, and produce multi-perspective, uncertainty-explicit responses for use as a copy/paste system-prompt or template.
