Octopusapp, Inc. (doing business as Jobber) provides field service management (FSM) software for home-service and commercial service contractors. The platform covers the operational lifecycle: quoting, scheduling/dispatching, job execution in the field, invoicing, and payment collection, with optional add-ons for marketing and customer communications.
Jobber is marketed as an SMB-focused integrated system intended to consolidate previously fragmented tools (spreadsheets, paper job sheets, standalone invoicing tools) into a single workflow and a mobile application for field teams. (Product overview and feature pages)
