Documentation indicates deprecation of some legacy Good-era domains; redirects may be in place temporarily, but lifecycle planning is required to update firewall allowlists and network rules.
Legacy Good product names have been mapped to BlackBerry product names, which can complicate RFP definitions, contract line items, and training materials. Ensure exact product mappings are specified in procurement documents.
Community posts during beta OS testing have reported intermittent client crashes. These reports are anecdotal and should be validated against current production release notes and vendor support statements.
The Good Technology product name is largely retired; review and community content is fragmented across legacy Good names (such as Good for Enterprise or Good Work) and the successor BlackBerry-branded products (such as BlackBerry Work, BlackBerry Dynamics, and BlackBerry UEM). As a result, mainstream review platforms that refer specifically to "Good Technology" are limited and may be difficult to interpret for a current buying decision.
Vendor-published materials include customer quotes and claimed outcomes (for example, an instance of a customer-reported multi-year cost avoidance figure). These vendor-published ROI claims generally lack disclosed methodology (no baseline, attribution model, or counterfactual), and should be treated as directional guidance rather than independently validated outcomes.
Good’s historical acquisitions reflect a strategy to broaden device management capabilities and enterprise application distribution. These events indicate areas of capability focus during the BYOD adoption wave but do not equate to verified customer outcomes.
