From review aggregations and user feedback:
The vendor references support for teams ranging from 1 to 1,000 employees. No public stress-test benchmarks, payroll success-rate metrics, or formal SLAs were identified in the public materials reviewed; these should be requested during procurement.
The product is well rated on Capterra in public listings, though review volume is lower and some older reviews appear to reference an earlier product focus related to payments and APIs rather than the current EOR positioning.
Because several reviews appear older or tied to a different product emphasis, they may not reflect the current EOR product experience; however, they can be considered as historical signals about product maturity if the vendor product lineage is connected.

The vendor announced a strategic partnership with a payments provider focused on real-time cross-border payments.
Critical evaluation: Partnerships may improve payment rails and speed; however, user experience will still depend on payout corridors, compliance checks, banking processing, and exception handling.
