Direct competitors and their key differentiators

- UKG - Strong WFM market presence and frequent placement in WFM analyst/value matrices. - Some public procurement framework pricing documents exist in limited contexts and can be used as a rough benchmark—but these may not reflect commercial pricing in other markets. - Zebra Workcloud - Strong in retail workforce optimization narratives and scheduling. - Vendor-facing product pages emphasize scheduling capabilities but typically do not disclose list pricing. - Dayforce - Often positioned as a unified HCM + WFM solution with tight payroll integration; competes where buyers prioritize a single-suite approach.

Feature comparison: where does Infor WFM excel vs lag behind?

- Likely excels - Handling complex pay rules and enterprise requirements (consistent with Workbrain lineage and enterprise positioning) - Multi-site enterprise scheduling and compliance requirements - Likely lags (relative to UX-first alternatives) - SMB readiness and simplicity (echoed in some user reviews on review platforms requesting an SMB-friendly variant) - Speed of deployment if the organization lacks WFM implementation maturity

Pricing comparison: value proposition vs alternatives

- Infor WFM: buyers should expect enterprise subscription pricing with separate implementation and professional services engagements. - UKG: similar subscription and professional services model; limited public procurement pricing artifacts exist in some frameworks that can offer benchmarking signals, and professional services line items can be substantial in some contracts. - Zebra: commonly uses enterprise “contact vendor” pricing; list pricing is generally not published.

Market share and adoption trends

Independent comparative matrices and industry overviews commonly list Infor alongside vendors such as Dayforce, Legion, Logile, and UKG; buyers should validate the methodology and inclusion criteria when using these matrices.
