We activate productivity and performance through connection and culture with our employee engagement platform.

A competitor comparison published in 2026 criticizes Oak’s mobile usability, permissions and customization. Those themes partly align with customer feedback. However, the same article incorrectly asserts that Oak lacks a ClearBox Choice badge: ClearBox’s own published winners include Oak. The competitor’s review-count reference is also older than current public listings. Competitor comparisons are useful leads, not neutral assessments.
Oak’s claimed employee reach and named enterprise case studies indicate deployments at scale, but no defensible market-share percentage or independently verified growth series was established. ClearBox’s awards document recognition for overall score, value, AI innovation and community — recognition of product strengths, not proof of market leadership by revenue or installed base.
