Most visible growth metrics appear in older press coverage. Public visibility is more limited and fragmented after the marketplace-to-software transition.
| Starting Price | Not publicly posted (demo / subscription or % fee model historically) | Published concept: all-inclusive hourly bill rate (no recurring fees); direct-hire fee guidance published | Pricing not fully public, but customer agreement documents hiring fees by hours worked |
| Primary use case | Staffing agencies seeking a private marketplace and worker app with redeployment features | Businesses needing fast fill of hourly shifts with transparent bill rate mechanics | Businesses needing on-demand workers with documented platform policies and conversion rules |
| Key Strength | Orientation toward staffing-software capabilities via Deploy and a worker-facing mobile experience | Clear business pricing mechanics and documented operational policies | Contractual clarity on hiring fee schedules and conversion rules |
| Key Weakness | Limited public information on security and pricing; evidence that an open marketplace may be inactive; worker complaints about app reliability/support | Markups and fees can be significant; fill may require competitive pay rates | Hiring conversion fees can be material until thresholds are met; geographic availability varies |
