Shipmates was a multi‑courier shipping and fulfillment platform for e-commerce merchants in the Philippines. The platform centralized courier booking, label/waybill generation, tracking, and reported cash-on-delivery (COD) remittance workflows. The product functioned as an operational layer between merchants and multiple last‑mile/parcel couriers, intended to consolidate courier interactions for merchants using Shopify or social commerce channels.
Important current status: the vendor's official site currently displays a discontinuation notice. This materially changes buyer considerations: Shipmates is not an active vendor for new deployments as of the time of this report. (See Official Sources.)
