Not recommended, or proceed only after rigorous diligence, in the following situations:
1. Security or compliance evidence (SOC 2 / ISO 27001) is mandatory prior to data sharing: public materials do not document these certifications.
2. Brand-signaling is essential for due diligence, investor relations, or audit defense: some stakeholders may prefer Big Four reports for familiarity and perceived defensibility.
3. Transfer pricing needs are enterprise-complex: extensive entity counts, complex supply chains, large volumes of tangible goods, advance pricing agreements, or ongoing controversy management may require enterprise vendors or major advisory firms.
4. A pure self-serve software platform is required: this vendor appears to offer a service-enabled model rather than a strictly self-service, configurable platform.
