1) The organization requires publicly documented security and compliance artifacts (for example, SOC 2 reports, detailed ISO scope, a sub-processor list, or a data residency statement) and the vendor is unwilling to provide those artifacts during procurement.
2) The organization does not use or plan to use the Wolters Kluwer/a3 ecosystem and prefers a vendor that competes primarily on notification monitoring with detailed public information about organism coverage, scan frequency, alerting mechanics, and audit/export features.
3) The organization’s volume is very low (for example, a small number of entities) and it can manage notifications directly through DEHú/AEAT/TGSS/DGT using internal checklists at lower total cost.
4) The organization requires extensive, independent social proof (G2/TrustRadius/Gartner Peer Insights) and intends to select a product that has a broad public review trail.
5) The organization needs extremely frequent polling or exceptionally broad organism coverage and a competitor can demonstrate better coverage or faster adaptation when government portals change.
