Examples from consumer review sites and community discussions cite issues such as slow loading, broken links, non-intuitive UI, and difficulty locating payslips or other personal documents. Example vendor claims include claims about the number of institutional deployments in higher education and references to AI adoption in customer stories. Such claims should be validated during diligence, including definitions used (e.g., what constitutes an "institution" in counts) and the scope of the referenced functionality.
