Zoho Desk is a cloud-based help desk and customer support ticketing platform designed to manage customer inquiries across channels (email and other digital channels), route and prioritize tickets, automate workflows (SLAs, rules, macros), and provide self-service via a knowledge base/help center. It is presented as a platform with a broad feature set and lower-cost positioning compared with some premium service desks (for example, Zendesk), and integrates with the broader Zoho application ecosystem.
