1) If long-term product certainty and roadmap stability are required
- The vendor was acquired and some public reviews list the product as discontinued. If an organization cannot tolerate migration risk, evaluate the acquirer's platform options or other standalone vendors and obtain contractual lifecycle commitments.
2) If your candidate population is highly adverse to one-way video interviews
- Community feedback shows negative sentiment among some candidate groups toward one-way interviews; employers should consider the potential employer-brand impact and diversity implications before extensive deployment.
3) If a proven, low-failure candidate experience is an absolute requirement
- Community reports of technical failures and submission errors indicate that vendors with stronger records on candidate-side reliability may be preferable in highly candidate-sensitive contexts.
4) If you require public documentation of certain security/IT controls prior to engagement
- Beyond documented ISO 27001 reporting in vendor materials, many enterprise controls (SOC 2, SSO/SAML/SCIM, audit logging) were not clearly documented in the public materials captured for this review; request these items during procurement.
